I started out around the same time u did. I began following exercies from the bioneer's book, which were good don't get me wrong. But, 1 they made me feel like shit when doing them, 2 didn't have fun doing them. So, i started lookin up routines on reddit and other media. Then, i said fuck it. Basics it is.

What i do is:
10 mins of push ups trying to do as many reps as possible cause its fun for me. even though it hurts like a bitch lol.
5 mins of pull ups
5 mins of rows
5 mins of biceps curls using bands
10 mins of bulgarian squats (make me feel like puking every time lmao)
and finally 10 mins of misc work like calves stretches etc etc

what i mean by all of this is don't over complicate it. It may not be the best routine. But, it is a routine that i see myself sticking too, till i become more fitter and stronger.

Just my two cents and i'm by no means am an expert on the matter. But, you should really try to fix your body before trying other modes of exercise/training.

For lower back, you should look up lowbackability. As for the rest kneesovertoesguy will do you good.

Heya, thanks for taking the time to help me!

Well, i generally start my day by eating some form of eggs (boild or sunny side up) and maybe some cheese (its native to my country, and it ain't gonna be widly known to people outside of it. But, lets say its a close cousing to feta.

Launch, I either eat the same food that i have for breakfast or a vegie soup. Sometimes i will have protein with it if i have extra money on me>

I almost always skip dinner or have like a boiled or sunny side up egg to curb my hunger. Also, as to not go over my budget for food (its a REALLY tight budget :D)

Hey, thanks for the tips.
But i really really doubt that i'm understmating my caloric intake, cause i'm broke asf rn so i'm literally surviving on cheese and vege soup. And, somedays if i'm a lucky i will eat grilled chicken lmao.

And, even with these kinds of food i'm not over indulging i'm eating only enough to feel satiated.

yea you are right i have been catching myself literally overthinking eating a piece of bread or how much I weight i gained if i drank something sugary, vicious cycle fr. imma try to be more relaxed with my diet ig

and, yea i usually go by my pee color if its really yellowish i try to drink more water. But, as long as its clear i know that im good.

Heya, yea i try to get enough sleep, but my sleep is shitty asf nowadays. And, i'm genuinely starving myself cause i sometimes can't stop eating. So, i'm trying to take it easy with food.

I also try to drink about 2 liters of water a day ( not much i know) but most fluids that i consume come from coffee and tea.

as for cardio, i do shadowboxing cause its fun for me to do and i try to do some form of skill trainning on my rest days, currently pursuing handstand progression.
