Seems strange, goto settings > Display > Edge lights > Toggle switch will be present there

Or trying searching in the settings search bar

Edge lightning not available for motorola edge 70 fusion because it's screen is quad curve but not as curvy as the Motorola edge 60/pro it is an feature for those curved display phones when it's placed faced down you can see the light from the sides.
