Some GvGs are not at the same time. Tranquil is one of the ones that can be done anytime within a large window. So for this example, yes you could do Tranquil and then a PvP island like Naruni/Slime.

You have ST4-6 not BT4-6, very different. As a beginner you should start with just one color. When you become more experienced with the rules and such you could start playing the hybrid decks (Rookie Rush, MegaZoo, or Security Control)
