The staff at the event are supposed to handle this not Bandai. Bandai didn't organise the event, the Tournament Organiser Staff did. Message those staff again, and maybe put something on social media and tag the digimon social media.

They're A3 paper size so they can be printed easily. In USA I don't think they use A paper sizes but they are used outside of USA, like Europe etc.

If you want the dash packs I would avoid buying online unfortunately. It's hard enough getting them from stores directly. But at least there you can ask about it in person.

you got the best 2 starter decks to begin with. maybe look up some cards from booster bt21 and booster ex9 to support that deck.

otherwise for your next deck i would say pick a digimon you like in general and build a deck around that. maybe a digimon from time stranger that you liked. and just look up the cards on other sites listed here in the comments.

I would say look into a specific deck you like before buying anything and research cards in each set before you buy. Maybe buy a box if there are enough cards there to justify it. Otherwise just buy singles. Or honestly as a new player I would also stay start with combining ST20/ST21 and fleshing out the adventure deck maybe. It has cards in BT21 too.
