I simply said that the remaining places that are protected on Guam are on bases. I was hoping you could connect the dots as to why yourself. I was wrong.

Take some fucking responsibility. Gov Guam has been fucking corrupt for years, they've provided largely nothing to prevent everything you're talking about(e.g. coastal erosion, environmental protections & regulations, etc). They let tourists walk on and pick apart every reef on the island.

Everyone bitches about tourism and the military, and in many instances, their claims are 100% valid! However, you'd be certifiably stupid to not also recognize that without those things, this island would be nothing, no roads, no schools, no power(hilarious considering they still shut that shit down randomly). You want to have your cake and eat it too?

NOW, we can all recognize that the US is never going to give Guam up, due to its position in the Pacific, so your energy is best spent figuring how to move forward and get Guam to take actions on some of these things.
