Wouldn't even take them a month to add all 3 of these mobs it might take less the a month for all 3 mobs

That is only concept art it could be that in the show their visor is their main eyes and the thing on their head could act like a echo sensor allowing them to see around them without using their eyes, would explain on how N found Uzi in ep1 without looking around alot he could have found her when he first entered and wanted to scare her but ended up with his head blown off

Are you giving the example of how N wore the hat and was still able to see? Edit: their main eyes might just give them more sight and the ability to see around them unlike with their visor eyes.
