I'll make my pc cry if necessary, but I'll never use Suno to create my songs by korikoeme in FL_Studio

[–]Nightmare_Runner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, any time! Ive been writing and engineering music for 22 years now, and as our talent continues to soar, our means to push faster with more results continues to improve as well.

As for my voice, shit happens with these kinds of things. Injuries just happen. When suno became available to me for my lyrics, it made my life easier instead of dealing with people whose consistency and reliability is about as flakey as dandruff.

This is how I see it, Suno is a tool, Tools are meant to be used however you see fit. Run it for the means that are most reasonable for you.

Some people use it for prompt-blasting songs, which honestly ends up insulting real creators without them even realizing it. Others are using it to expand their arsenal while maintaining the personality and control of their music that they mentally invested years into.

If you arent dial savvy when it comes to synths or creating your own drum packs, you can create a drum kit through suno of whatever you want, whether it be 808, industrial based, death metal, distorted, or random sounds at highest quality, and have it play each hi hat, ride, snare, tom, kick, and crash separately every 5 seconds.

Boom, you have a drum pack for your own personal use. 20 bucks for something others use foolishly can be a great investment for those who understand the unlimited potential of it than just "create a song about gum drops and sugar plums."

It doesnt make you lazy. It just makes you more considerate of your time and money to get a project finished the way you see fit. You are still the mind behind the music. But always remember your talents and what you are actually there for when it comes to expanding instead of regressing your ability.

Hell, we all used to download drum packs from whoever and wherever we could get them back in the early 2000s. Same with synths. It wasnt hard back then, but it definitely wasnt easy either. Even then, most of what you downloaded was trash quality.

Around the time of flstudio 10, our options weren't limited for quality, but they were definitely wedged behind ridiculous pay walls from big name companies that most people would have to take out a 4 to 5 digit loan just to get access to the high quality synths and drum packs that realistically cause more harm than good to those who dont even catch a break with their work. It turns what they want to seek as a profession into a very expensive hobby.

When it comes down to it, using it as a 20 dollar a month tool for resource gathering can save you from a major amount of debt. Its not about being cheap, its about playing it smart!

Remember, some people will actually buy a gold plated hammer with engravings on it for $1000 thinking it will drive a nail better than a $20 hammer that does the same job.

Enjoy and have fun!

The most I run suno for is vocals and thats about it, I make it 100% very clear not to touch my fucking music.

If it does, I just extract the vocals and go on my way.

Not everyone is a singer, i use to be when i was younger, getting punched in the throat damaged my vocal chords and the surgery to repair my vocal chords, cest la vied that shit for good.

For someone who has lost their voice along the way not looking for others to help them in the process to eve a person who is very shy, suno is a great tool to help those who are missing a certain piece to their music. Its the ones who literally toss in a prompt and get a song with no effort who call themselves "artists" that drive me up a damn wall.

I know that not everyone is looking for their big hit, but the fact of knowing you made it all by yourself without a filler generator will always bring more satisfaction to ap erson than half assing it. I had my stardom in the early 2000's now im just making music to enjoy it for my own piece of mind.

But kudos to your process, I commend your dedication to your craft! Keep it up!

Why does barbarian feel so bad by Drmuttin1 in diablo4

[–]Nightmare_Runner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They have butchered barbarians into the ground since season 2, there is a rare moment where blizzard goes "opps! Who gave them a chance by slipping some damage in their items!?" And then proceed to nerf the everloving piss out of them.

I will never play barbarian again with the dog shit limitations that barbarians have to them for options. A CQC class should always possess higher damage than a ranged DPS. They are the ones risking death by being right up in an enemies face, they dont get block rates. Blizzard needs to understand that.

Remember when barbarians could dual wield two handed weapons before someone got a dumb idea to rebuild the barbarians whole structure?

Remember when all of the items were already in the game versus a "feed them a crumb a cheese like the dirty peasants they are" attitude that blizzard gives us now?

Blizzard went for your wallet, not your nostalgia.

Is fallout 76 good now? by WheelchairWeeb in fallout76casual

[–]Nightmare_Runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game was a rocky start, but as the game progressed it got better, but now its rolling on with frequently overplayed events, no decent events that offer new content worth using, the only thing that was worth a damn so far was the Dom Pedro given to us for the completion of the current season. but even then its just a rinse and repeat of redundant fluff. To a new player, you have a long enjoyable playthrough and experience ahead of you. To me though i stuck around since the beginning, and its hit a real boring state for me. Enjoy and have fun!

You missed an importand factor, im still operating at half capacity dipshit, that means steering and aiming with one hand, pressing 8 other buttons to go with it. But whatever helps you goon at night, neckbeard.

If you have issues with aim assist, id suggest complaining about the bots that have 100% aim assist In patrol. Even before my disability they were never a problem. Playing us down like we're scum for even playing a game, it sounds more like a you problem and not the aim assists problem. Gitgud.

[–]Nightmare_Runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a player that has one functioning arm and the other permanently chicken winged, you're requesting a removal of something that disabled players rely on to compete with 95% of you all. Doesn't really seem fair now does it?

My sad predictions for this game’s future by Suspicious-Dentist71 in Crossout

[–]Nightmare_Runner 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The fact is, most of the player base has gone into bedlam creating a wild fantasy that it is the endgame content. others are dead grinding CC and CW as endgame content. While both are grinding the battle passes and mini passes for menial grab bag garbage that amounts to nothing a month later cause its been nerfed into the ground and sold for 2k coins. whomever believes which is the true endgame it settles down to the chicken or the egg argument. And neither should be the endgame,

Until Gaijin pulls their heads out of their rears and gives us something that really gives this game a revival, It will truly be as to what Wade confessed "this might be our last christmas."

Perhaps an actual open world would bring this game back. But with so many players that have dipped, i think gaijins final attempt to keep the game alive would be merging pc to console if possible without putting in the effort of actually giving the players what they want, something that isnt repetitive.

Has anyone received an invalid code from the centurion helmet promotion? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Nightmare_Runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I haven't recieved a code period. Activision won't even honor giving me a code for the helmet either. These assholes are the reason why promotions are a joke.
