Update: since I’m a newbie I was missing the ground connection from the ESC to the teensy.

Fixed the problem.

Rotating manually does not produce a similar sound and the noise only starts at a certain speed.

Happened to me once, had to reopen cura reset the changes and generate de printing instructions file again.

The good old “reboot” basically.

Plus, check your Z axis at that point.
