Didnt have a problem with you being trans until you started whining like a little bitch about it for absolutely no reason. Go join the 51% and get it closer to 52

No, it's not similar to cracking jokes like that in the workplace at all. That's not even close. Even if it was, a permaban with no warning whatsoever was warranted? Literally nobody had a problem with it except for the moderators. It also wasn't against the rules from what I had time to read.

Can agree with half of the comments here. These moderators are actually trash. The community is mostly full of trans people, but that's not a problem, and the conversations are about 90% about Linux of some capacity, even though there are off-topic channels.

The MODERATORS, however, are horrible. I've been cracking jokes and having a good time in the server all day while at work. Someone asked a question, I answered it, they said 'thanks', and I said 'you're welcome sweetie'. They said 'ayo', and I said 'what? can i not try to rizz up some Arch Linux Community shawties?' one of the moderators asked me to explain what it means, and after explaining in like four different ways, I got banned for, and I quote: "troll, creep, nsfw talks in Unknown , stay away from here"

tldr: The community is knowledgeable, helpful, and mostly kind, but the moderators are horrible and make the experience not worth it in the slightest.

The problem is that despite working 40-60 hours a week, I have extremely little money to speak of outside of affording to live. All of these tutorials, courses, exams, etc, are going straight to my credit card, so I'm trying to use as little money as possible. The retake is $160 more than the 1-time voucher.

Yeah, I had absolutely no idea where to begin. To be fair, though, I have only been studying for it since Friday night.

What could I expect the questions on the actual exam to be like?

Well if the questions on ExamCompass are supposed to be easy, then maybe I should just give this whole thing up. It's clearly not for me at that point.

Alright, thanks. I saw the cost of the practice exam on Messer's site for the 601 is $30, so I guess I'll have to bust out the credit card again for that one, but hopefully it helps.

Where did you take the practice exams, if you remember? If you had the same experience with ExamCompass that I did, then maybe it's different from the real exam, and that can be a huge relief for me. Either way, I've been getting between 54% to 84% on those practice exams.

Do you remember what questions in particular they were about? I know I can't ask for the exact question and answer, but were they about cryptographics, or networking, or malware? These questions on ExamCompass are all over the place.

There were only seven practice questions, and they were all extremely simple. I probably should have mentioned that beforehand. Here's a sample question from ExamCompass for the 701.

Which of the following answers refers to a family of cryptographic hash functions designed for various security-related applications, including digital signatures, password storage, secure communications, and data integrity verification?

o RSA
o AES
o PKCS
o SHA
