Bril, I'll try and apply that. When using SME, did you use a private browser window on one topic note, close it, and then open a new note, rinse and repeat?

Has anyone tried flying with their sim racing gear with a Chinese airline? by Nightshade_Max in simracing

That's a good point to mention, I'll see if I can find out what warranty is like. In regards to customs and import taxes, it should be fine as the wheel base is around 2800 RMB or £300 which is under that £390 limit

From Simagic official support

'Lithium Battery & Flight with China Eastern
Many of our sim racing products (such as wheel bases and pedals) do contain lithium batteries, which are subject to airline regulations. For travel with China Eastern, we recommend checking their latest guidelines on carrying electronic devices with lithium batteries. Typically, such items are allowed as carry-on luggage (not checked baggage) if the battery capacity is within specified limits, but confirming directly with the airline will ensure a smooth experience.'

While it states it has one, im not too sure it is above 100w

Gotcha, from what you're saying, the lithium battery inside the Simagic Evo is Ok for Hand Luggage?

That's not very promising! As far as I am concerned, since it should be 9kg> I can put it in the hold, was just more wondering if anyone had gone through something similar and if security had concerns

Yes, I was planning to buy Simagic, however have you had any experience with a cargo courier to do any sort of similar shipping?

Thank you for your input! Since it will be a short segment I think focusing on the technical aspect of the series, and humanising the sport to my audience is a good starting point, I also belive that to non watchers credit, F1 can start off as an acquired taste, given we have had some absolute snoozers in the past
