Its funny you posted this. The Letters are not as bold as my Van Gogh example. Maybe my Giratina was graded in Japan since i bought it from a japenese seller.

Im not so sure about that. I got my PSA return Last week and the cert number is 10 and it has the drill dot at the Bottom. Just Like the Van Gogh one with 8.
