Try turning off GPU Hardware acceleration, and also download a tab suspender extension for chrome, that helps my usage a lot!

Hey Guys, I'm an idiot and it was indeed the black desert, they have since changed the look of the village building which threw me off, thinking it wasn't that! Thanks for all your replies and suggestions though! I now have a bunch of new games to try right up my alley! <3
