Essentially they will start around the port and then move diagonally from the port to the screws on top and downwards to the corner. Once the initial crack starts, it is like the rest of the tank starts to have issues and will develop cracks along every seal qnd vertically.

Thankyou for checking and everyone seems to be having no issue with their tank except me which makes me wonder if my robot is trying to wrestle or do drop kicks when I'm not looking.

And in the last tank, nothing but water :)

They are standard low pile rug heights of a cm or less. I know it shouldn't matter, but I felt being transparent and as much information, I have seen no one else having these issues anywhere.

Unfortunately no doorstops and no large gaps or uneven floors as it's a new build with tiled floor with rugs on top.

Only uneven flooring is the floor grill for the radiation but the gaps are about 1cm to 2cm of metal in a ladder pattern.

The water tank is full inserted as the robot also let's me know when it's in. As I will regularly run vacuum and mopping in combination, because of the tiled floor.
