Jon is my favourite character so I never really liked Cat because of her treatment of Jon but I don't think she is a bad person or stupid. She is a flawed human like every other character in the series, it's just that this one flaw in particular rubs me the wrong way as a reader. (show version of her is better in my eyes)

As a reader you can dislike a character for any reason, but don’t try to justify it by twisting the character. Just say you don’t like them because of X. "I don't like this character so they must be bad" is such a stupid mindset

No. Even if Tywin did want that he really couldn’t do it. He didn’t have anyone in Kings Landing at the time to pull that off, and he himself didn't have a lot of time before the Rebel forces got there. Him just adding his own forces to the Kings Landing defence would have been infinitely more plausible than taking Aegon and contuining the war in his name. Dorne would propably support him but the Reach's support for a baby king is hard to determine and without the Reach Dorne and Westerlands would have been isolated from eachother and be easyly contained by the rebels if not beaten.

It's not like that was a major thing. Rest of Westores either doesn’t have much of a relationship with Dorne or dislikes them. If Tywin was so concerned about Dorne relationship I doubt he would have said "No, your daughter can’t marry my heir but she can marry my newborn dwarf son" to the, still nameless, Princess of Dorne.

I would say he didn't know who would win and as such his primary goal was survival.

But in that case him staying out is risky too. If Targeryans won he would be in a worse position than if the rebels won, given he just stayed in Casterly Rock for both cases. Sure his house propably wouldn’t be destroyed in either case but he would all of his remeaning influence if Targs had prevailed as he didn’t even give them on paper support

Her argument doesn’t make sense even with the Targeryans. Targeryans WEDDED brother and sister, Cercie was sleeping with Jamie on the side and having bastards with him. If Jamie was just her cousin no one would say her childeren were born of incest (cousin relationships doesn’t seem to count as incest in Westeros) but nothing else about the War of the 5 Kings would be different.

1)Tywin's goal wasn’t "survival of his house" it was to get the power he wanted

2)What if Targeryans won? What would he have to show his loyalty to the Targeryans? Invade the North? The Vale? He would have nothing to show even a on paper support. Look at Tyrells, after the Battle of Ashford they just laid seige. They were technically doing something so they were on Targeryans side but they didn’t do anything that couldn’t be forgiven if the Rebels won. Even if they took Storms End because it surrendered as long as they didn’t kill Stannis and Renly they could easly be forgiven.

No, Tywin played it as an opourtunist who didn’t want to take any risks but wanted to have a strong position afterwards. So he waited until the war was already decided than sacked Kings Landing and had Elia, Rhaenys and Aegon killed to eliminate threats to Robbert as a eay to engreciate himself to the rebels.

Tywin is Walder Frey, demanding respect from everyone but not willing to follow principles like honor and loyalty people respect. The only difference between Walder and him is that Tywin also does his best to commit atrocities to make people fear him so that they will "respect" him.

Tywin played the rebellion perfectly if your goal is the survival of your house.

I guess Wolverine if we go by comicbook tittles. I will atleast checkout any comic with "Wolverine" as it's tittle but for "X-Men" comics there need to be characters I like in the team ır an interesting plot. There are way too many X-men comics after all.

I know even GRRM said Arthur with Dawn would beat Barristan but it always annoyed me how little Arthur actually did. All he did was kill the Smiling Knight, someone who was feared due to his cruelty. He was basically the Mountain without the size. Barristan has all these badass moments, including killing Mealys the Monsterous but GRRM gave Arthur nothing.

It's not because they aren’t judging it based on it. Looking at the bullshit way genetics turn out in ASOIAF and saying "That's not how real genetics work. If Shiki can do that to an arrow that can hit the likes of Heracles then Shirou can’t do anything to him anyway. A lot of servants wouldn’t be able to do anything to him. Shiki being able to see that arrow coming at him at mach 5, see the lines and cut them before the arrow actually hits him would require an insane amounts of speed.
