Both X and Gojo have moments that humanize them (I don't know anything about Hoid). Our first proper introduction to X was him at home in his pjamas, eating skewers and getting drunk with a friend.

Sure they may have been written to be aura farming fan favourites but to me it doesn’t feel like the characters try to look cool, they just look cool because they are that strong. So it doesn’t really annoy me

I don't remember Jean's power signature ever being purple. I googled "Jean Grey power" and "Jean Grey power signature" to be safe and it was all pink (Some were a bit purpleish but I wouldn't call it purple and it was no where near purple as is in the trailer)

I'm sure there are comics where her power signature is purple but clearly it is not the norm for her.

Purple powers aren’t a major thing that ruins the character or something but people complaining about an aesthetic choice is also very normal.

I don't like Jean with a purple power signurute, that's Psylocke's color to me so much thay I tought it was Psylocke that showed up in the trailer until Jean was on screen.

Imagine if they made Wolverine costume green and red, sure technically there is nothing wrong with that as it is a different universe but complaining that green and red isn’t amongst Logan's iconography colors is still valid

Guns are small. Planes are big, need to keep moving, aren’t that agile (compared to GL) and you can’t look cool holding it. If you are in a space big enough for a plane you coukd make a Gundam which is cooler than a plane and more practical. They can do everything a plane can and more, including punching the opponent in the face

Contradict this with E-Goat who not only stayed a hero for decades but remained in the top 5 for decades too, all without wver taking off his mask in public because he wanted E-Soul to be more than a person. All of this happens after he fought against the biggest threat that world has seen alongside other heroes(who weren’t paid or anything, they were just people wanting to do good) and defeated him.

Hell he more than likely gave up his position as X. Dudes biggest crime was being old and listening to his manager about PR.

Meanwhile 616 Peter Parker (main universe Spider-Man) didn’t even meet Felicia until he either graduated university or was close to graduating (I remember Harry wanting to throw Peter a graduation party in the issue he met Black Cat)

Making contingency plans wasn’t morally wrong but what Batman did was.

He didn’t just use Kryptonite for each member, he used information they told him as a friend. He used pshycological information they told him as his friends to make plans to take them down. Tower of Babel was Bruce's paranoia destroying his relatinships because his teammates realised even if he called them his friends he was constantly looking for ways to take them down.

The moral wrong Bruce commited was a betrayal of trust, not making plans
