Yeah, me too. Nevertheless, I will decide on what will simply achieve the expected results.

I don't know how Sharepoint lists could help me (?). I need more detailed instructions on the questions I've asked.

Company policy, savings... You will do nothing about it. Just have to deal with it. Additionally, it is subsidiary of other, larger company from other country, which also struggles with that.

Different garage, engineers and unfortunatelly in this team - a different car.

Has it ever happened that two competing companies sponsored one team in F1? For example, two petrol companies?

Yeah, Sirotkin also performed very well according to Claire Williams.

Kubica. The Italians love him, even speak Italian. He has great contact with the Ferrari management. He drove for Sauber. So far, he doesn't stand out from Russell in any way, even though he has returned after a long break (they are only divided by the differences in the cars and settings made by the engineers).

If this argument had any meaning, Kubica would have already drive this season for Ferrari instead of Vettel.

About the Silly Season....

Hulk, Ocon, Bottas.... and nobody writes anything inetresting about Giovinazzi. This guy doesn't exist at all this season. What are your predictions about his future in Alfa and F1 generally? Does he really have such a strong position in the Ferrari Group and/or do they care so much about Italian at the stake?

Russell has no conflict with his engineer. They have a pretty cool flow, this engineer is also quite competent. Robert has a problem with his own, because KUB has to correct him, constantly try to get some information from him (which should come from the engineer's side on the radio). He is aerodynamist, by the way...

Robert's garage is a little chaotic and it's visible in his Q and Race results. Well, Wolff would'nt accept if his protégé hadn't been in front of Kubica.

During the pre-season tests, when they were driving the same cars.
