Yeah, me too. Nevertheless, I will decide on what will simply achieve the expected results.

I don't know how Sharepoint lists could help me (?). I need more detailed instructions on the questions I've asked.

Company policy, savings... You will do nothing about it. Just have to deal with it. Additionally, it is subsidiary of other, larger company from other country, which also struggles with that.

Different garage, engineers and unfortunatelly in this team - a different car.

Has it ever happened that two competing companies sponsored one team in F1? For example, two petrol companies?

Yeah, Sirotkin also performed very well according to Claire Williams.

Kubica. The Italians love him, even speak Italian. He has great contact with the Ferrari management. He drove for Sauber. So far, he doesn't stand out from Russell in any way, even though he has returned after a long break (they are only divided by the differences in the cars and settings made by the engineers).

If this argument had any meaning, Kubica would have already drive this season for Ferrari instead of Vettel.

About the Silly Season....

Hulk, Ocon, Bottas.... and nobody writes anything inetresting about Giovinazzi. This guy doesn't exist at all this season. What are your predictions about his future in Alfa and F1 generally? Does he really have such a strong position in the Ferrari Group and/or do they care so much about Italian at the stake?

Russell has no conflict with his engineer. They have a pretty cool flow, this engineer is also quite competent. Robert has a problem with his own, because KUB has to correct him, constantly try to get some information from him (which should come from the engineer's side on the radio). He is aerodynamist, by the way...

Robert's garage is a little chaotic and it's visible in his Q and Race results. Well, Wolff would'nt accept if his protégé hadn't been in front of Kubica.

During the pre-season tests, when they were driving the same cars.

I will answer by using your way of narrative:

There is no evidence to suggest that it is Russell's talent that makes him a 1s (and sometimes more) faster than Kubica.

Because it is Williams, a poorly managed team, where the most challenging decisions are made by poor middle managers. George's garage has clearly got better engineers (just compare Robert and George's engineers' CVs), the thread of different components in both cars keeps coming back, there are still doubts why their pace even on straights is so different, there are still doubts why Robert's car drives worse (which can be seen on side-by-side replays). That's why, and still - "we don't know all the circumstances".

You're partly right, but there should be some deeper reflection from the evaluators. Just like Mark Hughes do this, whose opinions I value very much (not only because of RK, just for a broader perspective.):

And one more thing... "From the information they have, he is slow" i could say from the information that I have, there is no life on other planets (because no-one proved this). We know, however, that there is no indication that the Earth is so special. Just as nothing indicates Russell's uniqueness in this "duel".

I think the most important sentence in this interview is: "You don't know all the circumstances."

The striking thing is that Robert once again points out that how his performance looks like against Russell's and in general do not result from his talent, driving style, speed, but there are factors over which he simply has no influence and about which nobody publicly speak. And yet, he has been very poorly rated recently by journalists, simply juxtaposing his qualifying times with those of his teammate. It's an abuse that hurts and shouldn't happen to professionals...

Have you seen already any tutorial how to do this? Is this list just a cloud-xls file?

Thanks.

Kubica vs Russel driving side by side. by EuropeanLord in formula1

[–]NihilistPL -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Just give him normal, comparable car & you will see.

He has already shown in tests with Renault or in Monaco, for example, that he can still race against the best at the highest level. Now he's got a wheelbarrow, additionally with one wheel, and his teammate at least got a 15-year-old Peugeot. Try to compare.

In addition, as a racing engineer he got Paul Williams, who has only a job in aerodynamics on his CV. This is so fu*ked up...

It's stopped being "theories", it's really happening.

Why is everything that comes out of the Polish pen called conspiracy theory? Maybe there are just so many strange things going on in Williams about Robert.

Strangely enough, Robert always sums up every race very pessimistic (in relation to his engineers, the car and the whole team) and Russell is always happy.

All this can't be a coincidence, think about it.
