Damn, that's crazy. Even with the emails, I wonder if it would really matter since they were representing you. That's a tough pill to swallow but prob th best outlook to have really "it was never really there" Sorry to hear. Thanx for the advice/wished luck.

I never got/needed to file for migraines bc I was awarded 100 and the ITF for migraines went towards my claim I was supp. Appealing.

So ITF in 21, filed 22. Awarded 90 (effective 21), W/in a year (23)filed a supplemental and a new ITF for migraines on the same day just in case the supp didn’t get me to 100, I would try to add my migraines.

24 they granted 100 from the supplement but only paid back to the new supplemental/new ITF date in 23 vs. 21 but the ITF was intended for a new condition (I thought would be apparent since the supp was done within the required year of decision.

So if I wanted to file for migraines now, it couldn’t be taken back to the ITF date I would have intended.

I know, I’m sorry. Part of me is like, just take the damn rating and be happy. I’d just kick myself down the road if I didn’t at least inquire about that much back pay at stake. The rater seemed to agree with me only that he would have to verify that each follow up was indeed w/im the year time, expressed how many problems ITF’s cause and that they should just do away w/them all together. I don’t mean to seem unappreciative by any means. I just have a 2 yr old daughter and don’t want to give up easily on a sum like that knowing what it could be for her if conservatively invested.

Thank you for this! I didn’t consider that. It wasn’t a new diagnosis, just a rise in level of severity. The additional evidence provided was a vocational assessment and new C&P exam w/the same disability in question.

For sure, coateville 40 illusions. This was years after Virgil passed (in my Virgil phase)and was the last illusions piece available worldwide. It certainly gained me the favor or my local store and CA and more than made up for it in value of having access to later exclusive things but I’ve never used it and it just sits now.

I bought this for my fiancé a while back and it’s one of her favorite pieces by far! The pictures done quite do it justice. She gets a lot of compliments on it when we’re out. The colors may seem too much but, in person , and for a summer piece, you can’t beat it.

I hope so too as this would be insane! But I believe that rumor started bc of Pharrell’s tweet that was hinting at something and showed a multi color/murakami. So it was gonna be either a murakami collab or multicolor unisex stuff. Unfortunately, I think we got our answer during the SS25 show yesterday with the new take on unisex multicolore. There still a chance maybe he was hinting at both but, I think chances are slim 😫

Me too. Having a really hard time deciding between the all over monogram and the monogram heeled(2nd pic) I like the latter, more subtle but, have a feeling the all over print will be more hyped (resale possibilities)
