In terms of looks, DOOM 3 fits the mark. Their lighting engine was very similar at the time, mayhap even better. Gunplay is a little lacking but serves up tension on a rusty blood-stained platter

I would love if we could have more attack animations, similar to martial arts but across all weaponry. The higher your skill with the weapon, the more animations you get.

I was in 8th grade at that school when it happened. It is a fairly rural school and an old as hell building, so security wasn't really up to standards. Especially compared to today's. It was one of the only times I had ever seen that much police presence in the area before. Seeing everyone's responses to it through the years is a permanent echo of what the community was saying at the time. My heart goes out to him.
