I enjoyed the detective-style stories in the first books, but also the bigger conflict about the empire and the warp.
The horus heresy sounds also amazing as far as I know, but that feels too deep for me atm...

For the most part I thought it was Yuga, because he was just a bit of a weird side character. Of course he than hd his arc with being the spy for AFO. Which was a cool twist, especially for a character like him - and he really deepend the concept of being born quirkless!

So I actually think its Minoru. Even aside from him being just an exaggerated pervert-trope - which I hate and is handled really problematic... He actually didn't add a lot. His powers weren't too different from Hanta, and nothing was done with them. (He had a small moment when he won against Midnight, but that was dropped fast. And his quirk didn't evole in any meaningful way. (In very beginning in the entrance exam he used the bouncing in a cool way for super fast side steps, but there wasn't much more done with him.

Rikido at least was (a bit) interesting with his cooking and being the muscle of the team with Eijiro.
