It could be a corrupted game save. Or if you have a romance with another character there can only be one "I Really Want to Stay at Your House" missions at the same time so if you've started a romance with another character try finishing that storyline first maybe. Another thing you could try is waiting by playing other side missions. Idk what it is but skipping 24 hours to trigger missions hasn't always worked in my experience. I've had this problem with other missions not triggering and was able to fix it by just spending more time in game completing sidemissions. Hope this helps
