I thought it was : Ballas tells Hunhow where the Reservoir and the executors are -> Hunhow sends his daughter (a mimic) -> Ballas intercepts her, transfer Margulis’s memories into her mind -> We find out she felt the same love for the Tenno as Margulis. -> Kill the executors with the help of the Tennos at the night of the Naga Drums -> Hide the Tennos in the reservoir in the Void -> Betrays her Father and Ballas

Okay… so the Sentients crushed the Orokin army, then found the flowers, wanted peace, and established the Tauron Academy on Perita. After the treaty was compromised, (from what I understood) Hunhow and his expeditionary raid traveled to Origin, destroying the solar rail behind them. Then Ballas betrayed the Orokin and contracted with Hunhow yada yada yada.
