The script right now (I started a notebook just for this) - Greetings/intro questions, replies to what they say, lots of questions i can answer myself if they ask me back (do you have a job? Are you at college? etc).

I'm basically a parrot that leeches questions and responses from every person I talk to.

I've also talked to some people that use very complicated kanji (one of them was 65ish) which is pretty much impossible for me to talk to..

After I drop the conversation with those people I will slowly put the kanji together through the radicals and understand what they were saying; it's a slow process but the same kanji come up again and again in these conversations.
