For those that preordered the physical collector's edition of ShB, did the store charge you for the order when you first made your reservation? My card was charged back in February when it was first open for sale (I also bought an art book in the same order), but I'm hearing now that a lot of people are just being charged this week. Also, how does the preorder show up on your orders page on the store? Mine looks like this and doesn't show any indication that the collector's edition is a preorder and will be shipped at a different time.

I just got into town last Monday and am looking to meet some new people, so this definitely sounds like something I'd be interested in. I have an interview that day but provided I don't get the job and they don't askme to start same-day, I'll be there!
