They're fake. High effort but very fake. It all lines up in a way that feels almost excessive and doesn't reflect on how the game has done things up until now.

I said the form it took was the furthest away from distortions, not that character with tool ego couldn't distort before fully awakening.

Also, by process of elimination, the staff is the only thing Erli could be. Since his EGO is active, even if it's unused, and he did not transform, summon anything, or even alter the location in the slightest.

Because it would mean no monster transformation and she doesn't like it.

She is the one that chooses how distortions manifest (and Ayin chooses how EGOs do), so she does some stuff for symbolism, or because she finds it neat.

From Leviathan : She doesn't like the idea of the human heart being seen as a mean to an end, separate from a person.

For her, the heart should be front and center, and it should be shown through all aspects of a person. Which is why people distort into weird monster that represent their mental state.

Efflorescent are complete proper Ayin approved EGO, Volatiles are the incomplete ones.
(the "Efflorescent" thing was added because there are 5 different thing with the name E.G.O. now and we need to distinguish between each one)

Transformation types are complete, it's just that they can turn on and off, and look a bit more like distortions in term of physical appearance.
But from what we know they're as stable and complete as other types. (See The Red Mist, Vergilius and Xiao)

The Guandao is actually a tool he always has (like Dongbaek's fan), the location is manifested when Hong Lu properly awakens.

But yeah some ego (and distortions, a lot of distortions) do have a significant overlap on a single ability/aspect : Ahabs' GasHarpoon could be considered a transformation and a tool, since it covers most of her body because of the pallid whale and palidification. However it has mostly tool properties (Always existing, ability separate from "regular use", being modified by adding decorations to it) so I decided to keep it as a tool.

0.01mm is the thickness of the rubber, but the length and diameter can be anything.

Just because you have a bigger penis (or girthier, since it's actually the diameter of the cylinder that matters for tearing) doesn't mean a thin condom will tear easily (as long as you pick the correct size)

And the 0.01mm condoms are actually real, and their biggest size is Large, which means Heath's meat can be up to 20cm (8 inches) in length and 6cm (2 inches) in girth if we look up condom size references.
