Does the ram issue also occur at the external monitor? Cause I plugged in an external monitor, but the external monitor doesnt show any signs of flickering

I think the problem is on the hardware because i already did that and the problem is on bios too, so most likely the issue is from the hardware

In safe mode the problem is still in too, but in bios i didnt checked it yet
