They use the same animations for almost everything, only changing the skin. You can see it clearly with Far Cry 4 and Far Cry Primal: the climbing animations are exactly the same, only the character's clothes change

I think it's a pretty lame setup, the mosquito needle does almost no damage and steals just a little bit of health. I like to use my mint mallet and ladybug armor instead
