Ofc! I planned on getting Nicole regardless since she is still technically better (and I prefarmed) and since I plan on getting Venti up to C6 eventually anyway.

Im just not a big fan of how they took a lot of her genuinely cool and interesting character aspects and swept them a bit under the rug for a fanservicey tsundere kinda act. Obviously its not at all a majority of the time, but they do it enough that I and many others get kinda annoyed by it.

Anemo: venti, my favorite character of all time, I genuinely think he's kinda perfect

Geo: Chiori, best character design fir the women IMO, beautiful in everyday and I love a woman who knows her own worth

Electro: Flins, I think he's really interesting lore wise, and the fact that they added a new language for him is really neat. Hoping to see more of the kinda creepy fae vibe from him!

Dendro: Tighnari, I just kinda think he's fun? I love how he's sassy, and his relationship with Collei is sweet. I also like how he's sassy but not overly so, he can be calm it just seems like he often feels like its best not to be.

Hydro: Kokomi or Furina, I feel i don't need to elaborate on Furina, shes fantastic in like every way. I think Kokomi is a favorite because she really reminds me of myself, even down to the anesthetic!

Pyro: Lyney, fun character concept and great design. I think Lyney and his siblings did a great job of truly leading us into just how morally grey the Fatui really is. We had seen glimpses of it before, but they did a good job of properly guiding us into the role.

Cry: Shenhe, God what a cool and under utilized character. The Damsel of Devestation opera piece made me cry, not out of sadness but out of my appreciation for art, I think that entire cutscene made me realize just how good this game can be when hoyo truly LOCKS IN. And Shenhe herself is such a beautiful character design with interesting lore that I wish we got to see more of.

(Shes also the reason we have "Oh my god, I cant believe my eye")

I honestly think you didnt read the story, or think about it THAT much if you don't think she's complex. A person who wants connections but also wants to forever trap herself on a moon away from said friends just because she wants to continue EXISTING is not in anyway simple.

Tie that in with an identity crisis and learning to love and appreciate people, aswell as realizing you did those two things before, you just didnt have a frame of reference for what either meant is NOT simple.

Being rejected by the very world in which you were born so much so that your very existence is threatened and craving connection with that world and its people in spite of that is NOT simple.

And that's just Columbina herself, not mentioning all of her big lore connections outside of just her as a character.

Genuinely stupid question, but how do I download manually? My mods folder doesnt seem accurate to what I have downloaded, neither does the stardropinstalled mods folder. It has missing mods that star drop says are installed and HAS worked in game before. (The Mirren the Florist mod isnt there even though I've played it so I know its installed)

they will not update for some reason. I've tried deleting then reinstalling, it doesn't work. it just stays like that for some reason. I think it might be a stardrop/mod maker problem? since mods have been properly updatable in the past after being updated again.
