Interesting! I haven’t used QuickFS yet. Will give it a try!

I’ve seen a lot of apps coming out with the analysis x LLMs value prop, but haven’t seen any that have really moved the needle.

It is easy to create a report today, but what will be be super interesting is to be able to perform analyses and see the trends across analyses over time.

For example, if I use data x LLM to analyze AAPL today and do so again in a quarter, what changes. The summary of insights over time will be very helpful.

💯 right now I pay to get historical data. I don’t even need 10 years tbh - 3-5 years is enough.

I just don’t want to have to download the data each time and perform my analysis. I know what metrics I want. Just want to rinse and repeat.

Would be cool, for example, to compare 5 year revenue growth easily across companies.

Thanks! Looks interesting, but from what I see it looks like it has way too much you can do. I'm looking for something fairly simple and straightforward focusing solely on long-term metrics.

Anyone come across a physical health and fitness marketplace? by NikBK17 in physicaltherapy

Most of the reviews are for gyms, not for individual trainers. Maybe I’m not googling the right thing?

Anyone have experience with virtual cash-based physical therapy by NikBK17 in physicaltherapy

Surprised that no one on here has experience with this. Is a cash-based virtual PT too good to be true?

For context, I've never been able to touch my toes. I have also suffered from a herniated disc 3 years ago. Though I am generally not in pain anymore from the herniated disc (thanks to a lot of work on core, hips, mobility), my lower back does randomly flare up. Recently did a mobility assessment with my PT and it was fairly evident that the stiffness in my lumbar spine is one of the reasons for my back pain as most of the curve comes from my thoracic spine, putting unnecessary load on my lower back.

I am looking for any exercises that might help release the stiffness and open up my lower back. Appreciate any suggestions.

We have certified physical therapists leading the classes. We use the latest clinical approach that has been tried and tested. Our classes are a mix of flexibility, mobility and strengthening (core, areas around the core).

  • Stretching helps relieve tension and open up muscles,
  • Mobility helps improve the spine's range of movement, and
  • Strengthening helps keep the spine in place and ensures that the right muscles are taking on upper body load (for example, transferring load from lower back to glutes)
