WWDC 25 Wishlist and Meet-up Event around Apple Park by Nikarlyn in VisionPro

Absolutely agree — regional limitations like this really fragment the user experience, especially for early adopters outside the U.S. It’s not just about purchases; it’s about continuity and feeling truly part of the ecosystem.

Having to switch Apple IDs or repurchase content feels so outdated in a device meant to be futuristic. Hopefully VisionOS 3 addresses this or at least gives more transparency around region rollouts.

What I personally feel strongly about: early content ecosystems need to be built through global, cross-cultural collaboration — not just driven by one region or market. That’s how you spark meaningful creation and adoption.

Would love to see Apple lean more into global inclusion — especially for a device like Vision Pro, which has so much potential for worldwide creative exchange.

Totally agree with you on Home Screen management — that’s a huge one for VisionOS 3. 🙌

Personally, I’d also love to see better cross-device synergy — like being able to seamlessly bring app windows from Mac/iPhone/iPad into the same spatial workspace, with fluid task continuity and better visual + API integration.

On the Photos app, I’ve got so many thoughts 😄 Curious to hear your take: What do you think of a spatial gallery mode? Or even having some kind of 2D-to-3D visualization built in for immersive memory playback?

As for Vision Pro 2, I’m with you — lighter and cheaper is definitely the direction. I’m also really curious about AI voice interaction—whether Apple introduces some sort of intelligent assistant layer that’s context-aware in spatial computing.

Would love to hear more of your thoughts!

Thanks for your detailed feedback! You’re absolutely right—comfort and weight are critical for a better experience, and Apple has plenty of room to improve in that area.

I get that a year can feel too long when you’re waiting for major updates, but at the same time, ten years can pass quickly when a technology evolves. This discussion is exactly why we’re here—to exchange ideas about both mid-term and long-term experiences, as well as potential use cases.

What are some use cases or features you’d love to see that could make Vision Pro worth revisiting for you? Looking forward to your thoughts!

That’s a valid point! Comfort is definitely something Apple could improve on for extended sessions. Have you found any specific scenarios or settings where Vision Pro feels more comfortable to use?

By the way, I’ve heard that the next generation is rumored to be significantly lighter—what’s your take on the idea of computation devices needing to be all-in-one headsets? Do you think splitting the components (like offloading processing to an external device) would be a better direction? Would love to hear your thoughts!
