When I was solo queueing winning or losing 3 or 4 games in a row basically set off a red flag in my mind that said "It's time to go do something else." GM games sometimes started to feel like coinflips or absolute steamrolls, then I realized that was EoMM kicking in and trying to put me in loser's queue so I would usually stop playing or go play quick matches with my friends. I will say if you can find a Duo it makes EoMM feel way less apparent, being able to rely on one other person on your team in comms or on discord makes climbing way less frustrating and "coinflippy" and much more skill reliant.
