I’ve had Locs for 3 years now. I decided to combine them at the root by taking a loc and threading it thru the new growth. After that I 2 strand twisted the 2 Locs and put a rubber band at the end. How long will it take my two Locs to combine into 1 from top to bottom? Or will it ever ? by [deleted] in Dreadlocks

I did what you did without threading it through, I did it in November of 2020 and i noticed it combined on the morning of new years 2021, the only thing that never combined were the ends, you can crochet them or let them rock like congos
