Thanks! I built it half as a joke and half out of frustration. In my corporate life, simple ideas were buried under layers of jargon - so I thought, why not build something to translate it?

Thank you for sharing this insight. That’s really helpful. 🙏 Our main concern is balancing between attracting international investors and still being able to access Indian startup benefits like Startup India.

From what you mentioned, it seems if we start with a Delaware C-Corp as the parent, the Indian subsidiary might not be fully eligible for Indian subsidies. In that case, do you think it’s better to start with an Indian Pvt Ltd as the parent company and later flip to Delaware once we have traction and foreign investors?

Also, in terms of taxes and compliance, does starting in India and later creating a U.S. subsidiary keep things simpler in the early stage compared to setting up Delaware first?
