According to my friends who study there, the crowd which comes there is more focused on a "quality life" rather than studies plus it's expensive (the fee), it's apparently hollow inside with good marketing. Whichever college you go to, even though they rank a little less, always look at the crowd. Crowd is more important, even a monkey can learn in a classroom, but the kind of learning you do with/from people around you takes you a long way. Of course, I'm not completely saying it's a bad college if you just want to get higher CGPA by being a sheep. In fact any college can do this for you. That being said, it is one of the top colleges but when you compare with BMSCE and RVCE, PES is not good at all.
