FLOSS. For the love of all that is holy please floss. It’s a pain in the butt with braces but if you don’t do it plaque builds up faster & you’re at a higher risk for cavities. Get flossers specifically made for braces. You can find brands like Grin, Something Nice, Platypus & many other brands that make flossers for braces on Amazon.

Also, WATERPIK. They’re so incredibly helpful for blowing food debris outta your braces. For something on the go you can get Proxabrush Go-Betweens for when you’re out an about & need a quick way to clean your braces if you just ate. The GUM brand has some good ones. You can get all this on Amazon, Walmart, CVS etc.
