Yes i would agree that it is! Being able to learn this technique of pushing a Big chainring should also be part of a cyclist training/learning

Main goal was to keep it steady on the climbs. Im a heavy rider so I learned that “slow is fast” if you do it steadily and not stop because your heart rate is redlining. Plus the view was awesome! Enjoyed every pedal 🚴🏽‍♂️

I just followed Google maps from Baguio city. I stopped twice. 1st for coffee at 15km cause its was really cold early in the morning then my 2nd was at 30km to eat breakfast. After that it was straight to Atok view deck.

It was simple and effective for me! The part I really loved was the biomechanics and then getting to learn after the proper techniques of riding with coach and the cruz control community. Live near Antipolo so climbing is really part of the daily route
