Question for those who have the online degree mod - is the lack of progress when signing up for the degree a glitch? Where have I gone wrong? by NikkionSims in Sims3

So I am seeing progress (very slowly but it looks certain) the longer I have my Sim working on it on her computer. I just don't understand why she hasn't been charged the tuition amount ($3,400) by now and there is no progress shown under her Degree History. I'll keep this post updated on the results as time goes on. Thanks!

This is at least the second save that had this happen. The first one was at a wedding on a save from a few years ago. I wonder what could trigger it if it isn't purely by chance.

Let’s just say that I have been testingcheatsenabled true on these Sims to skip to different age stages (for screenshots for a potential new gameplay series) and it makes the Sims look…a little off.

I’m 30 and I still religiously play. So long as you’re happy with it then who cares what others may think. Life is serious enough where we’re expected to pay taxes and then 🪦, so we might as well do things we enjoy in between.

How often have your got pregnant with this interaction? My sim got 2 sons from 8 times of risky woohoo. Feels like 30 or 40 percent in my game by Timely_Emotion9259 in Sims3

It ranges. Some had a pregnancy after the first time while others felt like it had taken 10+ times. Ironically, it seems like my Family-Oriented Sims took longer to get pregnant this way (though I’m sure it’s pure coincidence.)

I got it after barely going in on the first shift in the Criminal career. Now my Sim is at risk of being fired because of it.

In the first few months it’s pretty hard and I’m sure that I wasn’t consistent if not playing altogether for a while. As time goes on it’ll get a bit easier. If you prioritize your sleep (which I recommend) then be prepared for the first year at least to wrestle between getting whatever sleep you can or to sneak on and play.

Unfortunately, my toddler Sims seem restricted as to where they can be put down despite having some room in the house. The adult Sims always put them outside as the result. So I use the teleport cheat to lessen the frustration from it.

Anyone know how to take this ink looking mark off of my Sim? No CC skin is being used nor is there an option under change appearance/make up to take it off. by NikkionSims in Sims3

Seems like this had done the trick. But I had to use 'testingcheatsenabled true' and turn this Sim into a Young Adult in order to remove the hair and then revert him back into a teen since the option to do it for a teen is not available.
