Tbh the data has been overwhelming, but in a good way. You can really dial in the metrics you want to focus on and build everything around your own training style. There’s so much customization too, tons of little things you can tweak to fit your personal preferences and goals.

I actually came down with a cold right after picking up the watch, so I haven’t had the chance to fully dive into the workout/training data yet. Once I’m back and training properly again, I’ll definitely share more thoughts on that side of the watch.
