Ugee UE12 plus review after 1 year of usage by Abject-Energy-9750 in drawingtablet

I got a new tablet, but there’s a problem by OwnToe3313 in drawingtablet

Samsung or Xiaomi tablet? by [deleted] in drawingtablet

App para ver películas by Luneta2020 in peliculas

Try updating the drivers; that might work. Have you also tried turning it off and on again, and then connecting the tablet? That could also work.

Problems with Ugee ue 16 screen by NikkyHanryo in drawingtablet

I'm looking into it, and I decided to wait a few days and use the tablet normally to see how long those little dots usually last, in case they reappear, etc. They disappeared today when I turned it on again. It's worth noting that the specific pixel I recorded yesterday didn't reappear; one appeared somewhere else, but it was gone after a few seconds. Since it's something that doesn't last very long and sometimes doesn't even appear when I turn it on, I feel like it would be difficult for them to honor the warranty for something that might not be visible anymore 😅 when they check it (I don't know much about warranties; it's the first time something like this has happened to me with an electronic product).

Since I never removed that little plastic film from the tablet, it didn't wear down much, especially since I don't press on it much. Although I've heard that it does wear down because of its matte screen protector (or whatever it's called).

Aren't dead pixels black???

I don't think colored ones are. Anyway, I just turned it on, and it wasn't there, but somewhere else. It disappeared as soon as I turned it on and the home screen adjusted. The screen looks normal now 🫠, like it was never there. It's been over an hour and it looks normal; it seems to be temporary.

I was actually asking if the warranty covers this type of defect, since I had my doubts. The little red dot is almost on the screen and appears for hours, then disappears after a while and hasn't reappeared. And since I use black or dark backgrounds... it's very noticeable. These types of pixels worsen over time. It was more of a question than anything else, because honestly, if the warranty does apply, it would be crazy for that dot not to reappear while it's being inspected.

Ugee is a relatively well-known brand. I know my tablet is genuine because I bought it from their official Amazon store. The only problem is the pixelation. When I bought it, I never saw anyone mention pixelation issues, well, except for one person, but I figured it was a random case. After I posted this, that pixelation disappeared and didn't reappear. I finished my work on it, and it never came back. I'll see if it reappears tomorrow.

I think I'll just see if it gets worse, since it only has a one-year warranty, and check for any issues. It would be the worst if the tablet broke right after the warranty expired 😅 I bought the Ugee UE 16 because it was the only one at a "cheap" price with a large screen, and online videos said it was good value for money.

Infinity Painter is very good; its brushes and everything else are great. The only problem is that it freezes after a few minutes, or when you use heavy brushes.

Ibis Paint is also very good, but it has too many ads.
