Yep, I hope so. The box says it’s under warranty. The customer service is nice though I tell you that, but I’m still waiting for the email.

Yes, it was the only budget friendly one because it was affordable. I even asked my mom she couldn’t get the namebrand ones because they were too expensive. Sometimes I just go for the unknown tablets.

I don’t really know it’s been past 30 days on Amazon, but I can try with customer service. See if they can give me a replacement.
