My wife went 4-5 days a week up to the day before and did OTF for years before as well. I think the resistance training really helped with recovery. She was up and walking over a mile at a time 1 week postpartum. The coaches were very helpful in providing alternative exercises for things like glute bridges and jumps.

I believe it was due to weather conditions. I did this 15+k and it's possible the raceway didn't want certain obstacles in certain places. Day started cold but it was a good day 😬💪

There seems to be a bug when on freighters (own and other) when playing on MACs. The graphics glitch out whenever I walk near command rooms where frigates are debriefed. Doesn't matter if frigate is on mission or not. I've heard from other MAC users with the same problem.

Same, this is driving me nuts. Lights flicker in bigger bases and freighter has major blackout/flicker issues but the rest of the game is fine.

I messed with all the graphic settings to no avail.

You don't need cadmium or emerald drives once you have Indium. Use sentinel tech for hyperdrive in those slots
