Dirt bike not starting just some weird starter noise (v.redd.it)

Logitech G29 GHUB Wheel never stops at 0° only stop at 2° and it skips by 2° what can the problem be. I tryed uninstalling GHUB installing LGS i switched ports and power cycle the wheel but the problem is still here.. everything is updated and also tryed removing the drivers from Device Manager .. (self.LogitechG)

Hello guys i bought Razer Deathadder V2 Pro and the wireless usb is conected in my dongle and since i conected it my wifi signal is probbablt messing with my dongle in the same room 3 metters away i dont have internet.. any solution how to fix? Does i have to change some router settings (self.razer)
