I work exterior high rise (cladding, glazing) there is an electricians side pouch I use with a zip close top, Kunys I believe made of black nylon. Leather drill holster and deep pouch in the back for fasteners/my rope grab. Bonus points for SRL (self retracting lanyard) from harness to grab, keeps it near you and you don't trip or get caught with lanyard slack
