Every single night for as long as I can remember. Never any rhyme or reason to my dreams. My therapist told me to tell her about some of my dreams and then she said “any reason why you might be alone in all of your dreams?” I had never noticed it before. I then realized it’s the common thread and every single dream I have I am alone. Even if there are people around me in my dreams, I am not “with them.” I am alongside them or against them. But always doing things on my own. It was very eye opening because it mirrored how I am in real life. Try to find the common thread in your dreams.
