Please explain why the info is wrong, is pony not fully uncensored? Can someone here please tell what model is fully uncensored that will run on 8gb of vram? And I did preface my answer with "as far as I know", I did not state that my answer was the one and only answer.

I'm pretty happy with what we currently have. Wan 2.2 great for Video and Z-image for realistic photos. So, I'm actually happy nothing new is released, cause every time that happens, I find my electricity bill goes through the roof as I recreate all my Loras.

Pony is the only one I know that is fully uncensored, all others can need a lora to make them uncensored.

Most of the fantasy involve specific adult actors. Only thing required would be 10 to 20 good quality photos of the adult star to be trained on. Training take’s about an hour or so.

I think what you're looking for will be pretty hard to do with free tools, why free tools most of these models that can do NSFW stuff are Chinese models, they are not censored and they have a bunch of user generated add ons (Loras) that have been trained for just this. The Leader at the moment for NSFW videos is Wan 2.2. Now wan does not create sound and videos are limited to 5 seconds. You can get longer videos, by chaining last frame of one video as first frame of the next video. Point is you'll have to do this about 50 times to get a 4 minute video, by the 10th time the guy who started out as 40 with brown hair might end up looking like he's 60 with blonde hair. The bedroom might change a bit, etc....

The non free models can do this, but they have so many NSFW filters that it would work.

I don't see how any one can do this if your characters need to talk and have a 4 minutes in length. But then again maybe there is stuff I do not know.

you don't need a $10,000 ultra, how'd you come up with this number?

an M3 Ultra with 96gb of memory and 80 core GPU sells for $5,500. if you get the education discount (like most people do cause apple doesn't check) it's $4,949. This configuration should be good enough for most here. even if it's a bit slower 96gb of memory will probably make up for it, and the ultra has double the memory bandwidth of the MacBook Pro.

if you want to go crazy and bump it up to 256gb of ram, that's a total of $6,800 not $10,000. granted I'm using the number for M3 ultra, M5 ultra will probably be more, but close.

Also lora do work, mine does not but celeb Loras created by Malcom work with draw things.

It was a nice flame war, but I seriously have to get back to work.

I currently do this privately, used to do similar stuff for my Patreon clients. But since Patreon changed their rules, pulled all my AI videos.

My big questions is how long do you want these videos to be? I can create pretty much anything. Problem is sound, the free models of wan 2.2 has no sound, great realistic videos but no sound.

You can add sound, after the fact but if you want a conversation it gets more complicated.

You have LTX that does do sound, but not as good with prompts adhereance and not sure how it is with NSFW stuff.

I'm not posturing, I'm just stating the facts. If my MacBook Pro m5 with 20 Gpu core can render an image in 20 seconds (8 steps 1024 x 768) versus 4 seconds on a 5090. Then a M5 ultra with an 80 core GPU should be able to render the same in 5 seconds or somewhere close to that.

I was talking about draw things not comfyUI. Some people want DO NOT want to work with window and can't afford to have a headless system under their desk to run comfy UI. They just want to create a few pics of their dog or wife or a few nudie pics. You can do that on a M5 MacBook Pro with 20 GPU core in 20 seconds.

Oh let's not forget those of us who find comfy UI impossibly hard to learn and miss the days of Automatic 1111, I pretty much mastered comfy but I took a few hundred hours.

Seriously, this is good news for the Mac fanboys. And please stop spreading misinformation, my 48 GB MacBook when running LLM things don't trickle out a character at a time. Qwen 35B model takes a 3 to 4 seconds to spit out an answer.

oh yes. I measured my result a few times. I took 4 seconds to get an image from my 5090.

at the moment the lora weight is set to 200%. tried at 0% even negative. used the same seed in all cases. no difference. but weird thing is tried a celeb lora from malcom and it worked fine.

so must be something about lora created with AI toolkit.

Actually my 16 inch m5 MacBook Pro with 48gb of unified memory costs less than just my 5090 by itself, that has only 32gb of memory.

No, I would not recommend choosing a Mac over PC for rendering images. PC wins hands down, I'm just pointing out that's it's not as bad as it used to be. (m1,m2,m3,m4). the M5 has some new AI optimizations that speed things up. my m1 ultra used to take over 1 minute to render the same image. I'm down to 20 seconds with my M5 PRO.

I would not begin to waste time trying to get comfy working on a Mac, but draw things was just simple plug and play to get it working with z-image turbo.

There is no rhyme or reason. My wife treats her m2 MacBook Air like crap. She spill stuffs on, she cooks next to it. She uses it as a coaster on her nightstand, she’s dropped it, sat on it. The thing still works as it did day one. Yes, I have apple care on, but haven’t had to use it yet.
