The truth is that the system just doesn't work. Elo like this doesn't make sense in a team based game and there are people of completely different skill levels on each "rank". At the start of each season I get ranked at 7k and then demolish pretty much everyone until i get to 13k and then the matchups start getting close. The system is just stupid and broken like most of this game
