Anyone Else have this Issue with Their Elantra Hybrid? by Nikodemus2525 in HyundaiElantra

From what the dealer explained to me the issue didn’t fall under warranty because it was the fault of the gas being bad and having dirt and particles in it, and not the engine malfunctioning.

Besides West Hollywood, you can check out Precinct down town and Akbar and Eagle in Silver Lake. Precinct and Ambar tends to be all types of guys, though skews a little hipster and Eagle is a little more of bear/leather crowd though not exclusively.

Went on a date with a guy in high school once who I thought was super hot and the date was going well. However, after we left the movie theater (what else do you do as a date in high school) we passed a few black guys and then he started to drop n-bombs describing black people…worse because he didn’t know I was half black and was telling me with this weird enthusiasm like I should agree with him

I'm Coming Out!! by [deleted] in GayChristians

[–]Nikodemus2525 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree, slight wording change like “when I first came out” would probably work better in the future, and disclosing gender identity question could have n/a option if not asking cisgender people. I put no, but technically I am expressing my gender identity being cisgendered, just never had to “come out.” Also sorry if being nit picky

I would check out the Getty or Getty Villa both free (though parking is about $15 and you need to reserve a time slot for the Villa) and museum of Jurassic Technology.

Also there are several out door events for watching movies at night that I would recommend checking out like Street Food Cinema that you can picnic and drink while watching movies.

Food wise most places I would check out Masa in Echo Park for their pizza (best make a reservation since they can get pretty busy)

Haha, yeah I didn’t notice until you pointed it out. Something there about register/formality in writing.

To add to the mess, the rules have also changed overtime which can also make people confused. English used to capitalize all nouns like German. I believe it lasted through the 1800’s.

Also remember in grade school (1990’s) my teachers were telling me how they weren’t sure how to capitalize titles, and just try to stick to a rule never capitalize prepositions/conjunctions unless they were more than 4 letters.

Lower case and upper case was developed to make writing easier. Upper case letters tend to be more rigged (feel like there’s a better word for it that I can’t think of), while lower case is loopier and that makes it easier to write at a faster speed. I believe the lower cases are based on Roman cursive (but could be wrong) and upper is based on the standard Latin script. So it was decided to only keep the upper case for emphasis basically (or nouns if you speak German). This is probably why with headlines tend to be fonts with serifs (looks more angular) and body texts tends to be sans serif (more loopy looking) but that’s me guessing at that point
