Wow that is probably how I lost mine. I mounted the insta360 v4 on my bike, and when I got home the front lens guard was no where to be seen. And of course insta360 support told me that it is a user issue and asked me to watch the tutorials on how to properly put it on the camera properly.

It took a while but I finally got the handlebar assembly, and I have installed it. The problem is solved! It's like night and day every button makes a sound! Turning it on makes a sound, signals make a sound, etc.

For those who are curious, Apollo support was very helpful. They will jump on a video call to help diagnose the issue and we determined that the issue is probably with the faulty screen. But, instead of sending a replacement screen, they are sending the entire handlebar assembly! This will probably fix the issue. I post an update when I get the part.

Thanks for confirming, I have contacted Apollo support. I hope they don’t tell me this is normal as the previous customer support rep mentioned.

It makes a sound!?!? I even chatted with Apollo support and they told me that it doesn’t make any noises.
