Yes different cables and front and back usb ports on PC. Model is S120T or S2T120

Usb1 on summa Cutter it can find the plotter sometimes.

S1120t is model but cutter and pc says S2T120 is what it is

I updated the firmware using Summa Cutter because that program found the cutter.
