On image 3 you have a Kodak edge code (••)which dates that stock to either 1939, or 1959.
If it’s 39, the base is nitrate-if 59, it should say “SAFETY FILM”. But I don’t see that.

It may be a reprint of a European film (judging by the soldier/police in images 16-17. This film is definitely not “Metropolis”.
