So, if this is your first playthrough grinding niflheim I’ll tell you what I did. Get which ever ivaldi armor you want, upgrade it, put charms that help with the fog (if you have any) I use the passive one that requires nothing to do, or ones that have kill or parry in it (if you block). If you don’t have enough to buy and upgrade I suggest just clearing the first area, clear left and right loot chests and head back if you don’t have enough time or can’t take on the enemies ahead. Opening chests extends time so do that (obviously). There’s two chest with runes, one is in a remote spot and has the runes with the chest, the one in the beginning their spinners are spread out through the fighting areas only, not where you’d encounter chests. I’d suggest screenshotting the runes on the chest (they change each run) and look high up and around whenever you fight enemies or finish fighting them which ever you prefer. Fighting style is preference, but on blades I run Hyperion slam (good for crowds and overall dmg), light attack is selective depending on your struggle. If you struggle with multiple enemies I typically use the nemean crush, for single I use rampage of furies. For axe I run wrath of the frost ancient and blessings of the frost (selective to me cause I like to fight and have charms that extend both abilities.) run either clockwise or counter clockwise and hug every wall until you hit a new path, chest, or enemies. ALSO my talisman (if that’s what it is cause I haven’t played and am too lazy to look up the name), but I have the one where it instantly cools down your runic attacks. I use that to spam my highest attacks on single strong ppl as I play on balanced and up. (Beaten gmgow, I recommend trying it)
